Does this meet the USCG requirement for my credential?
Our AHA Heartsaver CPR/AED and First Aid courses carry a U.S. Coast Guard–approved certificate and satisfy the CPR and First Aid components required for a wide range of Coast Guard credentials, licences and ratings. If your specific credential has an unusual requirement, call us before you book.
Do I need both CPR/AED and First Aid?
Most merchant mariner credentials require both. The combined class covers them in one sitting at $110 per person, which is cheaper than booking each separately.
Can you train our crew at the marina?
Yes — that is how most of our maritime work is done. With 5 or more attendees within 50 miles of Milford, DE you also get the group rate.
How long is the certificate valid?
The AHA Heartsaver certification is valid for two years. Check your credential's own renewal cycle, as it may differ.
